I have to date issued well over 300 awards and decisions relating to adjudication and arbitration and have extensive experience internationally on the FIDIC form of contract. I also lecture and teach others on behalf of FIDIC on the FIDIC system and present workshops and seminars throughout the world on behalf of FIDIC. I have during the past 2 years given teaching sessions within the EU in relation to the ISPA funding programme. I have published papers on the DAB system under FIDIC and am the author of Dispute Board Rules and Procedures published by the ICE for UK and International use. My book Dispute Boards Procedures and Practice is published by Thomas Telford (2006).

I have served and continue to serve on many Dispute Boards under the FIDIC system throughout the world and am President Listed by FIDIC, having undertaken training and assessment for such listing. I am nominated by FIDIC as required under the General Conditions of Contract when a Presidential Nomination is requested.

I am a Chartered Arbitrator, Accredited Mediator and an international Adjudicator and have extensive experience of dispute resolution on a world wide basis. In addition to my law degree I have undertaken training in dispute resolution in the UK and US over a considerable period of time and continue to do so in order to remain conversant with any new trends in both law and practice.

I have also undertaken the facilitation and mediation of construction disputes where disputed values have ranged from modest sums to claims in excess of $200M.
